I was a little skeptical going into it in the beginning because I thought we didn’t have enough saved, but after our first conversation I had no doubt he was going to make it happen! Every single step of the way Lawrence contacted us and let us know what was going on. He was always a phone call/text away when we had any questions, and when it was all said and done, he helped us buy our first house spending less out of pocket than expected and closed in way faster time than imagined! Forever thankful!

Lawrence made my first time homebuyer experience a great one. I felt very comfortable that I was in the care of a very knowledgable and sincere person. Lawrence is professional askining for documents and signatures in a timely manner. Lawremce layed out a path for me where I can be set up to succeed. Always kept me up to date with each process. Lawrence was very helpful to me with refinancing my home. He worked very fast and was very efficient with the whole process. He made sure that I felt comfortable along the way. He answered all of my questions as I had a lot of them, and broke down the process each step of the way so that i have a better understanding of what each step entails. I vetted several loan officers before choosing Lawrence and that should be evident enough that Lawrence will really help and guide you through this stressful time. He is not only fast and efficient, but also thorough too. I can't stress this enough, looking for the lowest rate isn't the best thing to do when shopping for a mortgage lender, it is shopping for the best mortgage loan officer and Lawrence is definitely your guy!

First off, My family and I can't thank Lawrence and his team enough for assuring us that we can count on him for refinancing our home. It is with great pleasure that I take the time out to write about my experience with the refinancing of my property with Mr. Lawrence Kinsey from Vault Mortgage. My son located Mr. Kinsey and informed me that he would be calling me on Saturday, January 12.
