The food is excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly and probably the best steak I have had in a long time. The atmosphere was what will keep us from going back. There were two men in baseball caps next to us who wandered in from the casino with their cans of beer. The staff was very friendly and the service was great.

The quality of the beef was outstanding.. This is important when there are not high grades of beef in the area are not high.. The seating was not as nice as before Very close to other noisy tables and normally think more romantic Expanse needs atmosphere, wall tvs not too good

We have been to this resturant several times even before it's somewhat recent name change etc and it still has the best steaks in Erie. I travel extensively and eat out quite often and I can say that the steaks at Sensory 3 are as good as many of the famous streak houses. The service and the atmosphere has suffered with the recent change to the resturant. I just do not get the new decore and the little things are missing especially when it comes to service. We have been to this restaurant on a number of occasions even before it changed names and style. The food is still outstanding, and that’s good thing because the ambiance and service has gone downhill. This place use to have white tablecloths and is now stripped down to wood tables. As we dined, the adjacent tables long after people had left were never cleared off or wiped down, and I had to ask that they do it. Our party of 5 was there to celebrate a birthday. We ordered steaks (filets & bone-in ribeye) that were good but nothing spectacular. Avoid the lobster fondue starter but definately choose the "cheesecake" appetizer; a perfect wedge of several cheeses that are excellent spread on flatbreads. The scallops were seared nicely and the asparagus salad was presented quite well.
