We’ve eaten here several times in the past and the food and experience was awesome. This time however the prices seem to have had a severe drop ncrease and our food was cold. Seemed like the staff was overwhelmed though the restaurant was over half empty.

Very disappointed in the quality of the food, ordered two ribeyes, and they looked and tasted like New York strips. Was burnt and tuft ordered medium rare.. the filet mignon was over burnt on the edges.

A little pickier probably, bring that we are constantly travelling to find the best restaurants. Food- we had the lobster in butter, very little lobster but rich so shareable. The table side Caesar in the parm wheel was entertaining a decent tasting. We also shared the shrimp cocktail but the cocktail sauce tasted more like ketchup than anything else. Then we had the ribeye which was flavoured very well, but slightly undercooked with quite a bottle of gristle (not the delicious melted fat you want) but it was fine. The potat... read more

Service was good but had to ask for a beverage menu. Food was not awful but edible. My side dish was saturated in oil and no taste. The salmon was pan seared and lacked flavor. The crab cake appetizer was fishy tasting and salty. Definitely the worst tasting dinner at a fine dining restaurant I’ve ever been to, including other casino fine dining. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant.

The service was poor and my $40 steak was charred black on the outside. We waited almost 15 minutes before we were even offered water. I recognize staff do not have control over the “structure” of the restaurant, but the smoking is disgusting and having to walk through smoke to enter restaurant and to use the restroom. This was our first time dinning at LBV and we won’t be returning.

If I could give the server a zero I would. We had the worst server experience ever. Had to request a different server as he was rude, aggressive discusting , and abrasive. Never had an experience like this before, once this changed, we had a great experience, food was fantastic.

My wife and I went her for our anniversary dinner. Our waiter was polite, when we could actually find him. He would vanish for 20-25 minutes at a time and we wouldn't even see him walking around to other tables or anything. He had the personality of a wet napkin and seemed like he was just there to collect a pay check. We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated immediately. He came to the table 10 minutes after us being there. Handed us our menus and asked what we would like to drink. We asked for a wine list. "O... read more

Very overpriced for the quality of the meat. $50 for a ribeye that was not tasty and overdone, very thin. Just not up to the caliper it was in the past. Waitress asked how things were as she was going by carrying food to another table. No one from management comes around and asks how things are or how did we enjoy/enjoying our meals. Not worth a $200+ dinner for two. The class of a fine steakhouse that it once was is gone.

We ordered 2 filets, medium and baked potatoes. Waiter came back and said they ran out of baked potatoes (at 7pm on Friday night) so we chose a different potato. That was our first sign. Waiter later came back and said they just made more baked potatoes so we switched back. Soup and salad were fantastic. Filets came out and were luke warm at best and way over salted. I had them reheat mine, and it was tough. Definitely not a prime filet. Baked Potatoes were just ok and overly smothered in condiments. Waiter was inattentive a... read more
