Our server did not go over specials and did not check on us to see if we needed drink refills (alcohol). We seen him a total of 3 times 1. To take order 2. To deliver food 3. To take our money. The food was extremely salty. Definitely not worth the money or the time. But I guess it's good if you are in the casino winning some money and want a sit down.

First time going to LBV and I was very disappointed with my meal. Ordered filet medium. It was medium well and basically tasteless. My husband ordered surf and turf- his steak was medium.- which is what he ordered. He also said his steak was tasteless. I inquired with our waiter for some steak sauce as my steak was not cooked to what I ordered. He offered to have another one cooked for me but I declined. This was not what I expected for an upper class steakhouse.

We happened to be there during a private event. The service was horrible. The waiter barely checked on us. The steak was not cooked to our liking even after sending it back. For the money I would have expected better service.

Ate there at 5:30 on a Thursday. Restaurant empty. Server perfunctory. Limited personality. He just went through the paces. Soup served, which I started to eat when I realized I left my phone in the casino. I left to get it. When I came back, my other appetizer was sitting there getting cold. The cold soup was on me, because I left. The other appetizer, stuffed shrimp, should have been held back when he saw I wasn't there. Ribeye steak just fair. Spouse ordered the same medium rare, but was medium and barely red. Won't go ba... read more

Our 43rd wedding anniversary. The food was cold, the bake potato was very cold & the server said because of the sour cream on top but over all the food was cold not even lukewarm! Very disappointing, seems like our food has been sitting on the shelf for awhile

LBV Steakhouse used to be our favorite place to eat for special occasions. The lobster was overcooked, 10 oz was more like 4 oz, crab legs shredded into tiny pieces...all overcooked. The bread was even hard as a rock. Definitely overpriced. Service was awesome! We are so disappointed, but then again everything is going downhill since the big C. I would recommend if they could return to how it used to be.

Ordered steak rare, it came medium/well and it was the last one they had. Offered a different steak but I passed.

Reservations were for 5:30 and we walked in at 5:15. The hostess greeted us and looked bewildered that we were that early. We said we can sit at the bar until the table is ready. There were a maximum of 10 people in the restaurant and plenty of tables. We had a drink at the bar and were seated after our drinks. I ordered a special which was a veal chop and my wife ordered a steak. Both were tough and overcooked. $170.00 plus tip.

If things are not drenched in a pool of butter, they are salted beyond consumption.
