My wife had prime rib that was grilled...this was so wrong...she only ate part of it..The asparagus were as large as carrots and should havee had the stems peeled, we were only able to eat the tips as they were so woody. Not sure how we could have remedied this at the time. Please have the chefs review their servings..... Also, the girl refilling the water goblets was very unfriendly. No resonse the Thank You's or smiles or even a slight friendly demenor.... NOT GOOD for business.

For a steakhouse inside a casino I feel that the food was average at best. My tuna steak was over cooked. The ambience was nice but not the greatest. I was dissatisfied!

We decided to try Sensory 3 as part of our "Fine Dining" weekly night out. The lighting was too low to read the menus. The wine was priced on par with other restaurants for entry level and they did have one of the most extensive wine lists in the area. We started with a bottle of Riesling from Washington (after they said the didn't have another brand) and had an inexpensive ($35) red for the entree. The entrees were quite expensive. I ate at sensory 3 on February 16, 2013. The overall experience was ok. The sever that took care of us that night was good, just until our food came out. My wife ordered her steak medium well. After cutting into it, the steak was cooked medium to medium rare. Medium well should not bleed onto your plate. We alerted our server who then asked her what it should look like. Our food was really salty. We felt like we through our money down the drain. The service was good though.

Poor service, waitress did not offer any of the amenities that we saw the others diners receive. She was not personable and did not offer any information as far as recommendations for entree. Food was below our expectations for the price and supposed star rating of the restaurant. The noise level was also very high for not being that busy, could not imagine what it would be like if the place was full. Will not be returning unless was given some sort of really good deal.

There is no way to sugar coat this experience, from the service to the food everything was poor. We would never recommend going here nor will we go back.
