Over cooked food. Slow service. Mediocre at best. Steak under seasoned. Waitresses disappear with out frequenting their tables.

I was very disappointed with the whole experience. The coffee and iced tea tasted like water. The service was very bad. She never offered to refill our drinks, check on how our meals were, and when she came back to confirm our dessert order she had actually never taken the order. This was a mediocre experience at best. We probably would not try OUT again

We were obviously an inconvenience. We had a reservation at 8 and showed up on time. Didn't get seated till 8:20. And the hostess said what can I do for you. Had no server till 8:45. Never had the candle lit at our table and our waiter asked if he was our sever? How would we know. There was a tray with dirty dishes next to us for just under 15 minutes then the manager took it away. Our waiter kept asking us " anything else" almost rude. Booked a reservation on line for lunch! You’re not even open! I called the day before even asking about the lunch menu and no one even said that we are not open?

You should really do homemade pasta for the price. Go to Little Italy in New York and they'll charge you the same price for MUCH better quality. Very disappointing .

Waiter appeared rushed and did not tell us their specials but did tell other tables before and after we ordered the specials.

I wish that the service was even half as good as the food. LBV has amazing steak, seafood and pasta. The bread and dipping oil was great too. Unfortunately, our waitress decided to disappear from the moment our entrees were served until we were tapping our toes and getting impatient. Dinner ended at 6:40 (that's when we all were finished eating) but the waitress didn't stop over until 7:00. That's when we asked for a box for our unfinished food, and our checks. Food, service and prices were good but experience was ruined for us by having to walk through the cigarette stench of the casino. Too bad they didn't have an exterior entrance.

Reservation was at 7:45. Hostess called finally at 8:46 to let us know our table was ready. We walked back to the restaurant from the casino bar, only to be told it would be another few minutes because they had to sit another guest (who told us multiple times during us waiting that her reservation was at 8) before us. Not a great experience. We had given you guys another shot after our last experience when we had to wait 25 minutes for a table, we also had reservations that time.
