Every time we have dined at LBV we are always given a corner table in the back room. The hostess never asks us if we would like a booth. A couple that came in after us was seated in a booth and I asked them when we left if they had requested the booth and they had not. Then there was the party of 18 men seated near us. We didn't want to hear their jokes, stories, and insults. The oldest man complained about everything. Beautiful ambience. Mediocre food and service. Waiter had 0 personality and offer not even one personal comment. Veal picatta was so greasy and bland that my date barely touched it and the waiter never even asked her if anything was wrong. Definitely our last visit to LBV

First, I want to say I go to this restaurant regularly but this visit was awful. Two people in my party were given the wrong dish. They said well you can just have that one (it was more expensive). The issue was I didn't want it. They ended up making me the dish I ordered BUT it wasn't out until after the rest of my party had finished. Here's the really bad part.... the dishes were $59 each for $108. They took $79 off the bill and then charged me for the original order so in the end I was charged $109 when the original order... read more

Terrible food...took forever to get drinks and food, by the time it came the food was cold. Ordered a steak medium and it was raw. I saw atleast two other couples return food because it was unsatisfactory. Manager came over and offered us two drinks but made a point to put on card "WELL DRINKS ONLY".

Was extremely disappointed. When I made the reservation i made them aware I was celebrating my son's 16th b day . When I arrived 15 min late they told me they couldn't get my son an "approved" escorts from the door to the restaurant. After waiting another half hour ....on a school night my son and his girlfriend decided to eat upstairs while I dined at LBV. Dinner was good, server was nice. It was so loud next to a couple tables. I politely asked my server to move. She said no tables were available. I counted 6. So I just moved my chair to the other side of the table so I could talk to my wife cause you know this was an anniversary dinner (no kids) and our meal would have been quieter at home. The speed the meal was delivered was good. Our App was good. Salads were good. Our 60 dollar cuts of prime beef were burnt on the outside. My husband and I arrived at the Casino a little early Approximately 3:30. The restaurant states that it is open at 4 - we did have a reservation for 6:30, but thought it would be nice to eat a little earlier. We gambled around the restaurant to wait for it to open so we could ask if we could move our time up. We asked 3-4 Casino employees if they knew what time they opened, each and every one of them said it was supposed to be 4. Very disappointed! Out for an evening with friends. Waiter unfriendly food did not come out together. We were eating before one person finally got food. One person ordered chicken Parmesan and got veal then they insisted person who ordered was wrong. Another person got clams and they were tuff. Very long wait for food that was not even good. Food and service very poor. Extremely disappointed.

I was compt'd so I did not pay for the meal my husband & I had. We each ordered the 16oz Ribeye steak. You could not even tell it was a steak when it arrived. it was kind of round flatten looking. The taste was also off. The Cheese cake was good.
