Some of the cartridges aren't full I was surprised when I installed a replacement cartridge and it showed as almost empty on display. I reinserted several times with same result. I replaced with another new cartridge and it showed full.
FALSE ADVERTISING - shows as almost empty. This is the worst ink I have ever bought. I replaced my cartridges with these supposedly "New" cartridges, and the printer shows them as almost empty. I am so disappointed in these. I am going back to buying them at Staples, a reputable vendor.
Great Product but Amazon is a Hassle This is the product that I want, good quality printing ink. Unfortunately Amazon was slow in shipping and took over three weeks to ship it. No warning or word it was going to be so late until a week ago. It is also my second time ordering this product. The first one was a cleverly disguised generic which I returned after the seller contacted me offering a bribe in return for a 5 star rating. Don't expect such hassles from Amazon
Rip off Blue ink cartridge was burst and not any good.
Possible Counterfeit On previous purchase the cartridges always came in a vacuum sealed bag and and orange and green handle that attached to the cartridge. Opening the bag and removing the seal you could see and hear the vacuum being released. These cartridges had neither a vacuum bag or green and orange cover seal. They lasted about 3 weeks, maybe, before the printer was telling me they were empty. They usually last months. We don't do a lot of printing.
Doesn't behave like "Genuine" Brother ink I have repurchased this item 11 times and have, in the past, been very happy. The printer recognized the ink as "genuine" Brother ink cartridges. HOWEVER, the last two orders do not look the same as before, and they are not recognized by the printer as a genuine Brother ink cartridge (the printer shows them as empty, like the one removed) -- the only visible difference is that they do not have the removable lever-release "cap", which I initially assumed was just a product change. Refilled cartridges All three color cartridges were in boxes that had been opened, and none had their orange caps. All three are refills. Very likely to return as Brother printers are notorious for rejecting re-filled cartridges. BUYER BEWARE.
Brother color ink The pink and blue stopped working. Never had this happen be fun pre. Tried cleaning several times. Never sat long between uses and is within date. The test sheets just looked all the same after cleaning.
