Unsatisfactory Packaging was changed and not for the better. No protective tab on ink anymore. When inserted cyan it was only half full! Won’t be buying again
Not Brother ink when the package arrived, it was not Brother genuine ink. It was a knock-off re-manufactured product from China. (BTW The price was the same as real Brother cartridges). I returned it to the seller who informed me they would ship the correct product. Supposedly, UPS picked up the package on May 12th... This being June 21st... It has yet to arrive. "It may have been lost in shipping"! It's NOT coming! Beware of fake "genuine" labeling!
Not Genuine Brother ink The product photo is of genuine Brother ink, but what I received was generic.
Not OEM These are NOT OEM cartridges! Instead they are knock off non-high yield cartridges. They may work but I'm returning for the real thing.
Used repackaged cartridges, empty These were repacked, empty Cartridges, not in factory package only the box

NOT AS DESCRIBED These were described as Brother OEM but they aren’t in Brother packaging. Description and photo needs to be corrected.
Brother says these are not original, possibly refilled. See the image. Original on the left is vacuum sealed and has an orange airtight plug to maintain freshness, held in by a green lever. On the right the bag is loose, contains air, and there is no plug or lever.
Useless! Ink didn't work on first use! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I planned ahead and bought a set of ink before I ran out. By the time I ran out (about a month after purchase) my return window had closed and I was stuck with it. This is the second time this has happened to me. Either Amazon is selling expired ink or this product is just crap. By the time I made it to the store for fresh ink, my printer heads were clogged and literally half the new ink was used up with the cleaning cycle.
