Already have had to replace yellow cartridge For being genuine Brother products I am extremely disappointed. I've already replaced the yellow. The red and blue are already at 1/4 level. They are not good quality!
It didn't last like it normally does I have been buying "original" brother cartridges because they normally last longer. I think i've purchase this 4 times already, but my last order didn't last like it normally did before. Makes me question how consistent this product it. Maybe I got an older cartridge? I'm going to start buying this somewhere else..
Arrived empty. Printer said I needed to replace them after 2 prints. Just like the title says. When I put them in the printer said they were full and after about 2 or 3 prints it rejects them and saying they're empty. We don't print much so by the time we ran into this issue I was unable to return them. Waste of money ಥ_ಥ
Printer Doesn't recognize Cartrige Purchased the cartridges end of May for back up, Today opening the package installing into my MFC-J870DW but does not recognize the Magenta. Yellow, Cyan is fine, I had to reinstall the old one which unfortunately doesn't have much in it. Now I have to go to a local store and purchase the Magenta by itself.
Do not purches!!! Ink sill leaked and depleated fast.
ink dried out in box because no shrink wrap i bought this about 18 months ago. Recently i tried to use all 3 of the ink cartridges and got an error from the brother printer, "Cannot Detect", "Reinstall firmly". Nothing would make them work. So i went to the store and bought a new package, same model. These cartridges were shrink wrapped and worked fine. The ones from 18 months ago were not shrink wrapped. So they dried out. The Use Before date on the package is 2021.01, but that is just a dream if they are not shrink wrapped... read more
Don’t Buy Your Ink Here... they dry fast! These are knock off cartridges they dry up really quick. DONT BUY YOUR INK HERE...
Exact Replacement, but faulty! Did not release ink, yet after 6 test prints the counter on the printer displayed only 1/4 of ink left. Even went through the cleaning processI was told it could be a faulty chip. Very disappointing. Like where did the ink go?
Do not waste your money! Buy the knock off brand products! They are cheaper and work better! I bought the brother brand ink cartridges and had nothing but problems. Then I started using the Chinese stuff that was a quarter of the price and my printer works great again! Weird but true.
