Must have My printer does not work so everything goes to hubby's printer which uses this ink. Last a long time.
Rip-Off I only printed 5 pages with minimal color and text. After printing the 5th page I noticed that the cartridge's were almost empty. Am very upset with your vendor. The ink is very expensive as it is.
Cartridges were empty The cartridges were sealed, brand new like when I buy them from the store. However, when I put them in the printer, the printer said they all need to be replaced and I can't see ink in the clear part of the cartridges. Seems I bought empty cartridges and there is nothing I can do about it.
Garbage I'm done with Brother. My printer ran out of ink, I bought replacement cartridges, black and cyan never printed. So after cleaning the heads or whatever they're called, the cartridges were empty. My remedy was throw the printer and new cartridges in the trash. Problem solved.
Printer would not recognize cartridge This is the same model/brand of cartridge I usually buy in the store, but the price was quite a bit cheaper here on Amazon so I tried this one. I'm wondering if this is possibly a refurbished/refilled cartridge because two of the three cartridges are not being recognized and I can see that the black chip inside the ink window is not visible (as is the case with an empty cartridge). Misleading. Not high yield. Barely prints half a page of color total! I purchased these thinking they were high yield and original Brother ink. I had to perform several cleanings because the color wasn't printing properly. I did about printer cleanings which and a few test prints and now all the color ink cartridges are empty! WTF! Never gonna buy Brother products again.
"High yield" is ridiculous, but "high cost" is true. I hardly ever print anything in color, but even these "high yield" cartridges run out fast, presumably in the cleaning process. Expensive waste. Unfortunately the off-brand replacements have awful reviews. Might be worth trying anyway!

Can't print B/W because (color) is dry? A SIMPLE fix for this money grab J4750W printer here. Can't print B/W because Cyan ran out....grrrr Simple hack: 1, Remove a colored ink cartridge. 2. Look at the front, there are 3 plugs. Top is air, middle- clear ink level window, bottom ink supply 3. Take a tissue and dab off the ink from the bottom ink supply.
