Check your package Bought the ink cartridges and an AC Delco torque wrench on the same day. Wrench arrived but not the ink cartridges. Went to the tracking info and found that both items were in the same box. I wasn't looking for cartridges in a wrench box so did not look closely but also did not see any other box. Lesson to learn.......don't throw out the packaging without going thru it thoroughly. $40 went in the trash can.
Not Genuine Brother Ink Very disappointed. Bought in order to stock up. When I went to use the ink, it wasn't genuine brother ink in the box. The "knock off" ink doesn't work constantly through the printer. Warning: always check what is in the box.
One Star defective cartridge, had to return
shipping package was not to good. tucked in ends were loose shipping package was not to good. tucked in ends were loose, could have lost purchase. And had a problem with credit of lost mercandise.
Printer would NOT recognize this ink for installation ! This package of ink would NOT allow me to install it into my printer. Over & over the printer did NOT recognize this ink and would NOT install these cartridges. When I opened a another NEW set of ink it installed without any problem. Something really wrong with THIS set of ink. Can I return it to you and get a refund?

Not sure what happened as I ordered the identical product that arrived yesterday and it works fine. You may need to monitor your inventory better This order arrived dry and would never work in the printer. I never opened it until November, keeping it sealed in the box. Then, there was no ink in the cartridge. We were leaving town and I didn't have time to deal with it then but I called Brother this past week and learned what the problem was.
