Massive FAIL! Hands down the worst printer I have ever owned. It comes on in the middle of the night to clean the cartridges....even when it is turned off! I ended up plugging it into a surge strip with an on/off switch to that I could cut all power to it except when I needed to print. It skips pages when it prints. It throws blank pages into the print stack. It is virtually impossible to change the default print settings permanently. Avoid this printer!

Not working with Brother printer I had bought them along with Brother printer, but those inks were not working with Brother MFC-J870DW Inkjet.

I am really disappointed. After using my new printer for a little over three weeks, the cartridges are getting empty -- a little expensive for such short time use. However, using the "Vivid" color the pictures and greeting cards were o.k. and I understand that is why the cartridges are getting empty so fast. I am really disappointed.

Yes and No When it works, it's fine. I've had the printer for only a few weeks, and it's not working right now!

I tried other off brand/cheap amazon ink and they didn't ... I tried other off brand/cheap amazon ink and they didn't work in my brother printer. Just spend the extra money and buy this pack and you will be set

Brother good , Ld no good ! Thought me a good lesson , never buy refills ! I bought some from some outfit called ld or something like that ! Did not work on my Brother printer, got bad customer service , and NO RETURNS !

good color quality Bought these repeatedly before (I have 2 of these printers in different homes) - last relatively long, good color quality, and the price is right (certainly as compared to buying the inks separately).
