Two Stars Ink is old and does not always work.
Disappointed. The black I had to order seperatly worked fine. I bought the correct brand not the offbrand because I didn't want to chance it not working in my printer and my printer did not recognize these as new. I called customer service and tried to reset everything and finally just had to go buy it at Office Depot because I needed it for school. I'm not sure why these colors didn't work in my printer, pretty disappointed.
One Star Didn't work in Brothers printer MFC J870DW
Good color quality but runs out rather quickly The ink is perfectly fine but I feel like it runs out so quickly. Since everything I print is in ink, I find myself having to replace the cartridges very frequently (every couple of months), which I am not happy about.
One Star Still having trouble, it won't recognize the photo paper, say's it's empty and cannot find solution.

it would print better quality. Wrong I bought this set of inks because after trying Brand X ink, my Brother printer would not print color with any small amount of quality. I thought if I bought and used Brother ink again, it would print better quality. Wrong. Even with Brother ink it wouldn't print right. Brother printers are designed to use ONLY Brother ink apparently. They self-destruct with anything else. ROTTON MARKETING POLICY therefore ROTTON COMPANY and ROTTON PRINTER.
Cartridge Guide ? Despite going through the listing guide to select the correct cartridge - I have the wrong ones for a New Brother MFC-J5620DW .... it will not accept the LC103 series. Now I am out of ink and unable to print - exactly what I wanted to avoid !
That was nice but didn't help the print job I really needed ... I ran 5 cleaning cycles and test pages on my printer to next receive the alert that I could not print because the blue cartridge was empty. After spending some time with Brother's support chat they sent me a replacement around a week later for free. That was nice but didn't help the print job I really needed to have that day and seems to be a printer defect as that clearly shouldn't have used up an entire cartridge in less than one hour.
