Not very good at all. So sorry to give a bad review of a Brother product. I used to rave about their quality. No longer. Brand new MFC J450DW first printing job: bought this pack of three colors to augment the starter inks that came with the machine. It's supposed to be good for what? 600 copies: ran out of yellow starter AND refill LC103 after 120 pages. Bad Printer cartridges The Cyan and Magenta cartridges were empty! also the black is dried up
OK product but cartridges are not guaranteed to be accepted/recognized by your printer. Standard product really but buyer beware that even OEM ink cartridges can get "Cannot Detect" messages from printers. Printer manufacturers protect their lucrative ink markets by regularly updating their printer firmware to detect and reject non EOM ink cartridges. Occasionally, printers become trigger happy and reject their own ink. Any problems with OEM ink must be addressed within 90 days. I have had problems with this very ink and Bro... read more

Very disappointed in the quality of the material used to make ... Very disappointed in the quality of the material used to make the machine. It is like toy parts. Connections are in odd places. I have had a Brother product before that was first class-this one is not. Have yet to get it to work with my laptop even with the assistance of ate cynical support team. M
