Better communication
I went through this process a year ago and there were some things that could/should have been transferred to the new file so I didn’t have to repeat on my end. Also, I had new people handling the file and I missed the interaction with people I had built relationships with previously.
Better communication, honesty
Some of the people in the office were very rude and unfriendly. Did not feel like we were treated right. Not to mention lost several of our items were lost multiple times causing me to have to return to the bank and pay for bank statements. Also unless we talked to Cory no one could explain things to us, leaving us feel very frustrated! If staff knew how to explain things it could have resolved a lot of unwanted frustration.
I was not happy with the lack of communication I receive from Rachel. I was told by her several times that she would follow with information etc and I would always have to circle back and contact her because she never followed up. Secondly there were things that were told me to me at the very last minute which I was not happy about.
They were very disorganized
He did anything possible for me receive a home loan
