We received several calls from different people from Leaderone requesting the same info. time after time emails doing the same. Accounts need to be assigned to one person and not several. Just my thoughts. Seems a lot of miscommunication between employees.

frequent requests to clarify fee structure and continuous need to update previously provided documents, like new bank statements x3. Hidden costs in closing statements. The entire process of closing is bizantine.

When my husband and I apply for a mortgage together , get approved for a mortgage together, yet nothing includes me - not emails, not surveys, not even address labels - it signals to me that this company does not share our values. As I (the wife) make the majority of decisions in this household, why would I continue to do business with, or recommend to others, a company who does not value me?

We will never recommend or do business with Leader 1. They are unprofessional and communication was atrocious

Huge lack of communication. This is our 2nd time using them and the first time wasn’t as bad. Had to constantly follow up on loan details and mistakes. Folks went on vacation during our closing which is no problem, but didn’t let us know that they wouldn’t be to help nor give us another rep from leaderone to reach out to when we inevitably had issues with their numbers.
