Had my bathtub transformed into a walking in shower, and the Leaf Bath technician did an amazing job!! My shower looks so good, I highly recommend Leaf Bath to everyone!!

Everyone through the whole process was extremely exceptional! So nice and pleasant to talk to and answered any questions about the project. The installer was very friendly and very efficient. High quality materials were used. The old materials were hauled away and everything was cleaned up. I love my new shower!

I have had issues with my bathroom from the beginning and they cant fix or will not fix the issue. Half of my shower water comes out the shower head and the other half out the faucet (nozzle). You have to yank, hard, on knob to get any water. I only have one bathroom and I refuse to use this shower. This has depressed me for many years, now. I will never be able to sell this house without a working bathroom. I had this system installed, currently having some issues with it. I have had several other water filter systems installed, and when issues came up, those companies took care of my concerns promptly. I called a week or so ago and set up a service appointment. they gave me hours between 8:00 AM and 12: Noon, no call no show. I had to re-schedule for 4/27/2026 10:00 - 12: noon. no show no call, so I texted the Service Tech. still no response. I paid a higher price and have gotten worse service.

I am leaving a rating of 0 stars due to their inability to honor a do-not-call request. Why are they receiving such a low rating? Unlike most of the other complaints, I did not have them update/upgrade/remodel my bath. They didnt even show up for our appointment. I had five other companies make their appointments, not Leaf Home Bath. They began calling from multiple phone numbers, hanging up without leaving messages. Everything regarding the appointment went wrong right from the start. I had an emergency that prevented me from leaving at the exact moment the appraiser arrived. The dispatcher who had scheduled the appointment then sent me a message that I found completely unacceptable, threatening to put my name and phone number on a blacklist. That threat doesn't worry me personally, but I want to warn everyone to be wary of anyone who issues threats of that nature; I still have the message saved on my cell phone.

They did an excellent job. But I'm complaining since once they finished, on Mar 17, 2026 and I paid I'm still waiting for the invoice receipt of the final payment. I called twice and their answered was they will contact the right department. Is amazing how long would take for them to send an email with the attachment of the Invoice. Next person should make sure to receive the email before they leave the house.Thanks ***** *****

I strongly encourage homeowners to carefully research their options before choosing this company.The quality of the installation in my bathroom was extremely disappointing. The acrylic walls were installed without proper finishing edges, and the silicone and adhesive were applied in a way that looks messy and unfinished. I had to hire someone separately just to add molding around the edges just to make the installation look presentable.There are also functional issues. Beyond Disappointment! I spent a fortune with hope of an investment but it has been the total opposite. The shower floor discoloration is one of my biggest complaints following mildew on the caulk that is peeling away. I called to report my dissatisfaction and was told that an installer would come to my home to access the condition. They only lifted the present caulk and added a new layer.
