My dad called me and said someone called him they were coming to install a new shower in his house. He said he doesnt remember talking to them, writing a check or signing a contract. I looked and found he had written a $1,000 check for a deposit to leafhomebath. I called the company and told them my dad has Alzheimers and doesnt remember signing a contract or writing a check. I pleaded with them to cancel this order because my dad cannot afford it but I got nowhere. They also wanted over $14,000 to put in a shower. I told th... read more

Not sure if I am leaving this with the right company, - we are located in ******, ** but the salesman who contacted us said the company he was with was called Leaf Home Bath. I have a proposal with the stationary logo on top, but no address. So here's what happened - he was professional and thorough with samples and product - we purchased a new shower and his installers came in a timely fashion. We were going to use hansons to do our walk in shower and leafs sales associate ******* ****** sold us on how much better their company was. It was a lie. She told us that if they break something or have any water damage that they would repair any damages that occur by their installation tech. That was also a lie. Not only was the installer over 2 hours late, he also left a huge trailer of acrylic shavings through out my house. He also FLOODED my bathroom causing water damage to my living room ceiling. I wish I could give a completely positive review, but I've received no response to my messages to **************** concerning a glass shower door that was installed backwards with the coated side facing outward. The installer did a great job and we love the shower. But his response was to remove the sticker indicating the coated side. The salesman did not respond to my message at all. So is there a **************** Department? I have seen no evidence of it. Just an acknowledgement of my concern would be sufficient.

Was sold a product that didnt exist, shower was demolished and then I was told job could not be done with product they had. New product had to be developed, once job was completed after 2 months, very terrible quality of a job, I was given a $3000.00 discount, not at all satisfactory, but due to a health issue, was not able to pursue the situation further

Installation was five star. Sales and accounting one star. Their salesman started out at twice the price that I ended up paying. I kept saying no, and that they kept finding new discounts which they did not offer me at first. Finally, when they got down to half their first estimate, I signed with them. I gave them a check for the down payment, and told the sales person I would put the remainder on my credit card when they finished. No soap dish. No safety hand rails. Installer not aware he was to reuse existing rails. Was two originally he had one which he installed. Also was to leave old hardware so we could donate to Habitat for Humanity. That did not happen. Also invoice said paid by credit card but pretty sure it was direct withdrawal. Need to know for sure.

Work was done as advertised looks great follow up not so good. Was promised life time warranty and was told the paperwork would be sent to me however even after contacting the representative now waiting a month no paperwork
