This company is stealing money from 57 year old's. We paid for our shower on 6.24.24 today is 8.23.24 and we still do not have a shower that we requested. We paid ************************************************************************************** within 10 days. Now, they are claiming the shower we requested was not the one put into the contract by the salesman (who has now left the company) Management keeps making excuses, they refuse to refund our money or put in the shower we have requested. We had them come out a fix their first shower .... now it's got a bow in the wall. Mold is under the caulk (not where I can access it) let alone not white...mold accumulates behind the shelf so you would have to unscrew the shelf!Was told the doors won't be right because they don't shore up the walls. I'd love to have it done right or refund some of my money!!!!

They completely falsely represented themselves and LIED about how they do business. Told me they manufacture and produce ALL their own materials and own the process A to Z 100%. That the other competitors ALL buy their materials from them which is whybthey can offer such great deals! TOTAL ***!!! They said they woukd have the install full completed on 1 day, 2 day **** What they did not tell you is that they wouldn't put the DOOR to the shower on for another 5 to 6 weeks! I don't normally write bad reviews. My situation, I feel, needs to be shared.We were able to get a "cancellation" appointment, so the remodel was done within the week. It took the two days as promised. Very quickly, the product deteriorated. The shower doors became loose on the runners, caulking yellowed, mold issues began and discoloration of the shower walls.I called Leaf before the remodel was even a year old to ask someone to come and assess the shower. A salesperson met with my husband this past Monday. He quoted $17000 for a tub and surround replacement. Then said the price would drop to $14000 if he signed now. Pressure tactic to a 75 year old man. Unfortunately my husband signed on the guys computer. He didn't get a copy of "anything" and was told it would be sent to him. Showed a picture of the type of work that would be performed that was on the folder left with me. I ask if they would be putting mold free backer board between the tile, would they be removing the molded and broken tile before placing the new board and tile; and tile the ceiling ask well or paint it for me? that was a yes for painting the overhead. They lie to their customers about the process they are supposed to adhere to. Instead of totally demo all tile, drywall, supply piping like they promise, they cut knowingly corners in all those steps. They charge a ridiculous amount of money. In most cases the initial price is $14,000-$18,000. They pressure customers by dropping the price over and over until its actually a 60% discount from those prices. Many customers not knowing will pay the $18,000, while others are harassed and made to feel stupid if they dont take the 6... read more

Leaf home safety solutions is a scam. I paid 17k for a shower install, that had to be done twice. And I'm still having to go behind them and recaulk. As well as my handles, and fixtures that are rusting already, and it hasn't even been a year. I'm forced to pay now, but please be warned. You will NOT get what you pay for, and you will be stuck with a massive bill for shady work! And thanks for taking my calls about this matter.

Had a shower installed, way over priced for the quality, $15000 I had expected more qualified craftman, They used scrap pieces of wood and drywall, when they first finished the shower handle stuck out 4" from the wall and the door would drift open while you would be showering, they did come back and fix that. but have noticed the sealant they used isn't very good. all in all for the material and craftmanship it shouldn't cost more then $7000. the salesman really made me feel like I was going to get a much better job then I r... read more
