No soap dish. No safety hand rails. Installer not aware he was to reuse existing rails. Was two originally he had one which he installed. Also was to leave old hardware so we could donate to Habitat for Humanity. That did not happen. Also invoice said paid by credit card but pretty sure it was direct withdrawal. Need to know for sure.

Work was done as advertised looks great follow up not so good. Was promised life time warranty and was told the paperwork would be sent to me however even after contacting the representative now waiting a month no paperwork

Former Sales Representative here -Be weary of using LeafHome Bath. One of the installs I had for this company has had issues for over a month. Poor cleanup, no water pressure, damaged landscaping from the crew. Ive sent numerous complaints to multiple managers and corporate staff for this customer, only for them to be ignored. They were not friendly. Did not go thru information with us. Only had 1 person install the tub. First they brought the incorrect tube that the door opened towards the toliet. Had 1 person to install tub and he dropped it outside which broke the pump but tried to say it was manufacture defect. Water went into our basement not once but 3 times. Had a tub installed by them haven't had it a year and it pours water into my basement I have called and. Called and called they send a tech out to fix it couple days later leaking again. Payed way to much for their service and now am stuck with the worst bathroom situation I've ever dealt with please go elsewhere it's in your best interest to not do business with these people.

During our consult the salesman, **** ******, took the time show us tons of pictures, go over all the options, and he even explained how I should clean my new tub and what chemicals were safe and unsafe on the marble we chose. I was so excited that in 1 day I would have the bathroom of my dreams. Install day started early around 8 AM. When I arrived home at 6PM I was surprised to see they were still there. My tub was supposed to be installed on 8/30/24. I got everything ready and when tech showed up he said electrician was necessary even though salesmen had checked. It's 3 weeks later and I can't get response from them. Very disheartening because there is great need for this tub.
