The overall experience was great with good customer service, but there was a slight disconnect between the design plan and what was actually done. However, Leafguard did do a good job by coming back out and fixing the issues that were presented. I would say the 4 star out of 5 is due to the fact that I didn't need the guard itself due to me not having a lot of trees.
I pretty much have used the company on three houses. So far and I have been very happy every time.
Can not make any recommendations until we have experienced bad weather! The gutters look great!
Waiting on a callback on poor installation of metal flashing not tight with next section of flashing.
Sales agent was a bit too aggressive and when asked about the noise in the downspouts, her reponse was a direct lie.
Nails left all over my yard ad now my so has a flat tire.
