Terrible experience with this company the associate left cause I asked if he can bypass some of the explaining process cause I was aware of their product and he just left no explanation..he boss called me and said that we customer have to listen to all explanation related to their employees when it comes to purchasing their products and if we ask not to they will not sell you their products...
I think LeafGuard is a rip off and I do not recommend them to anyone else. I am not pleased with the quality of their work and my fascia and soffits have not been replaced. But they charged my card before completing the job so I just filed a dispute with my card holder about this issue. Maybe they will then return my calls and emails. The general manager has not answered my phone call yet. Please Buy Gutters elsewhere because for the price LeafGuard charges, the quality is very poor.
I would not recommend this company to anyone solely based on my interaction with the salesman. The salesman was at my home for 3.5 hours (supposed to be a ***** minute consult), quoted me a ridiculously hight price for gutter replacements, told me that the facia board was all rotten and needed replaced. I told him I could not afford the monthly payment right now and that I would look into it again once I paid off another debt that we were working on. This is a review of my experience with the business itself not the product as I did not purchase it. Their sales tactics are very poor in my opinion. I was at an event where a leafgaurd booth was set up and the lady there was very pushy, insisting I sign up for an at home quote with no obligation and I would receive a $25 gift card for simply keeping my appointment and meeting with the representative. Well after I paid off the gutters I needed to get them releveled, only to find out "Rain Pro" installed them. Funny thing is that all my paperwork says LeafGuard on them. 3 months of trying to get it resolved and I can't even get a phone call back from anyone. Not even going to recommend them to anyone after this.
I needed new gutters. Leafguard was one of a few quotes i received. The price was high but with all the incentives I accepted the offer. **** mistake! Winter ice piled up and customer service was non-existent. Then I found out they put a lien on my home. When I applied for a home equity loan, my title showed their lien. I never leave bad reviews but this company has earned it. I am helping my uncle remodel the entire exterior of his house so I was calling to coordinate the gutter install. I now know why they don't work through GC's, this company pressures you into signing that day and is completely and ridiculously overcharging and rude. I called and asked someone to call me prior to setting up a site meeting and was told someone would call me back for over a month I was waiting and calling back. I have leafguard installed on my gutters for a few years. The leaves don't go in but the dirt and seeds do... now I have trees and weeds growing or of my gutters. And no way to eliminate them but climbing on the roof and spraying. I'm too old for that... the leafguards do not uninstall easily.
This review is regarding Leafguard of *********** headquartered in ***********. They do high pressure sales, false numbers, false statements, and grossly overcharge. If you are elderly and disabled like myself they take advantage of that. Anyone who contacts them for a quote should NOT sign anything on the same day.
