LeafGuard of Chicago was excellent. They are a good group of guys who got the job done right. They worked well with me and my dogs.
The installers from LeafGuard were on time and they were very responsive to my request. They cleaned up well, and everything that was required was completed on time.
The quality and ethics from the beginning to the end was fantastic. The workers are talented and committed. They have a loyal group who is committed to the company.
Once I arrived at the site, the installer did apologize for not calling me when they were on the way to the house. LeafGuard of Chicago is professional. The installer took me over the entire job site. He told me how they were going to do it. It was done exactly the way they said it would be.. It was just like the salesman told me how it would go. I would recommend them to anyone.
LeafGuard sales and Installation crew did an excellent job on our gutters as we had a non standard fascia.We purchased our LeafGuard system thru Costco which saved us money as well.
I was satisfied with everything. I'm happy with what LeafGuard has done. I'm happy with the product, workmanship, and their courtesy. I've had no problems with them whatsoever.
The work LeafGuard of Chicago did to my home really improves the overall look. I am extremely happy with the workmanship and quality of materials.
I am satisfied with the installation and communication between the installers. They explained how downspouts work and how I didn't have enough of them before. Since we've had the installation I've had no moisture or rain in my basement. I would've from the last heavy rain we had.
I would highly recommend Leafguard for anyone, especially those who live alone, because it is very difficult for people like me to get up there and clean gutters. It is a little more than the normal market price, but it is worth it for the safety factor and I like the idea of having no maintenance. I don't have to worry about it and I don't have to ask my neighbors to do it. I also appreciate the professionalism of the salesman.
