We were pleased with the service provider and we felt the service was excellent.

I am not happy until they fix the problem with the gutters.
If someone is to go with LeafGuard of Colorado, know that if the product is installed properly it looks nice, they are a little overpriced and I do not think that they are as professional as they would like you to think.
The product doesn't work as LeafGuard said it would. I told them that it was leaking behind the eaves drop in between the trim wood and they have not fixed it. They said they would send someone out and the guy called and told me that there was nothing they could do about my problem.
LeafGuard is an excellent gutter system. I have not had an issue with them since they were installed over 4 years ago. I would recommend them to anyone. However, the low rating is directly pointed to some of their staff, not to the company itself.
The problems we have had, as far as icicles go, have not been resolved. The salesman didn't let me know I needed a 50 amp line for the heat tape. I told him I had a 20 amp, but he didn't correct me. I wouldn't recommend them. I would not put any more money into it to make it work after what I've seen from the snowstorm. I would take it down, and put something else on, but I will give them a trial basis. I would give them a .5 on the product, because the product is terrible. At this time I would never recommend them.
The product is fine. The service is terrible.
