It took four months for LeafGuard to replace the damaged gutters they removed. I called the office three times a week to find out when they would be replaced. I never received a call back and was shocked when I got the bill and it was twice as much as we had agreed to. To this day, I have never received a return call from Matt Flath.
LeafGuard looks good, does the job of keeping leaves, debris out of the gutters. But that's all. Melting snow comes down over the roof, into the gutters, freezes, and HUGE icicles form off the gutters....and at doorway entrances which LeafGuard crews attempt to make NO creative changes in their inst...
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because of the way they handled our problems. The product itself is nice, but we get so much snow and ice that icicles form and drip from the gutters.
The gift card was a disappointment and the gas card was a disappointment. They're both misleading.
Do not use Leaf Guard!!!!!!!! Horrible!!!!
