The installers did not adhere to the design but did fix one downspout. I'm sure the gutter the other downspouts will perform well but it does not look as good as it could have. We still do not have our eight (8) downspout splash blocks that were promised to us as part of our purchase, despite a promise by phone and email that we would have them within a week. We were pleased with the service provider and we felt the service was excellent.
Very unsatisfied.
I am not happy until they fix the problem with the gutters.
If someone is to go with LeafGuard of Colorado, know that if the product is installed properly it looks nice, they are a little overpriced and I do not think that they are as professional as they would like you to think.
The product doesn't work as LeafGuard said it would. I told them that it was leaking behind the eaves drop in between the trim wood and they have not fixed it. They said they would send someone out and the guy called and told me that there was nothing they could do about my problem.
