They were courteous, cleaned up and professional when they came out to install the leafguard. We were impressed how it was done. The only problem was when we called about some shingles being loose and they said when they would check it out they did not come or call. We have an answering machine they could even leave a message. We just wanted it checked when we were in the area. They did not have to do a special trip. Nothing after they said they would come and check it out. Not proffessional.
LeafGuard is VERY expensive!!!
I would not recommend Tri State LeafGuard because they do not follow through to my satisfaction.
I was scheduled twice for installation and it was not done. I cancelled the contract after the second date and asked for my deposit back. The manager was completely useless. He would not return phone calls. It took over a month to get my deposit back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Leaf Guard call back service is TERRIBLE. I had a problem with the positioning of a down spout. I called the salesman Carlos twice and the GM of the Pennsauken location three times. All of this took place over a four day period. I got ZERO response or satisfaction to my problem. I eventually called the head office in Perth Amboy NJ and they got a hold of the Pennsauken franchise and my problem was FINALLY SOLVED!
