The quality of the three dishes had were exceptional. They were well prepared by the chef and well presented to the table by a server that was congenial and efficient. An excellent experience all around.
Rangoon Ruby is our go-to restaurant in San Carlos. We are always looking for interesting and plentiful vegetarian choices and Rangoon Ruby delivers this well. Service is always good and the ambiance is quiet enough for good conversation to take place around the table.
Excellent food and service as usual. My wife introduced me to this restaurant about two years ago. It’s become a regular dining thing for us , at least once per month as we really enjoy this place
The BEST sesame beef, tea leaf salad, coconut rice ever!!
The food and service is always good. The Samosa salad was excellent as was the fish and the Burmese eggplant curry. I was disappointed that several beer selections that we enjoy here with the food were not available. Overall, an enjoyable meal.

We've been here several times and generally have a good experience. Prices have definitely increased significantly, and although the food is good, I'm not sure such an increase was warranted. The meal this experience wasn't as flavorful as others in the past. Service was great, though. I would still recommend, but there are plenty of more reasonably-priced restaurants around.
