The customer service on the front end was not the best. The phone lines sound like they’re on an old satellite phone with a beep every 15 seconds that interrupts the conversation. Then, I had to call them in order to schedule the service after being told they would call me. After that, all was great. The tech called me to not only notify me of his being on time, but also verified that this time was still good. That’s a thoughtful thing to do.
