Cody let me know he was on his way and was on time for my repair. He was professional as he worked in the hot sun in the driveway. He explained what not to do within the next 24 hours and the warranty. It did not take long and the area was left clean. My experience getting my windshield replaced today was simple and easy. My first contact was with Regiva (not sure how to spell her name) and she was great....friendly, helpful, and professional. Later I received a call from Alex, who was to be the installer. She told me what to expect, gave me an E.T.A. and showed up within that timeframe.
