Great service .. the young lady was on time and very professional . Completed the process in less than a hour
Sam came to my house to replace a passenger window on my Lexus. He texted me when he was twenty minutes out. He did the job efficiently and cleaned up after he finished. He answered all my concerns. GREAT JOB!!! Thanks Lee & Cates for hiring such a great guy!
Alexandra was on time, friendly, professional and did a wonderful job on my windshield. She was even able to save my ‘peach pass’ and transfer it to the new windshield. I would absolutely use Lee and Cates Glass again in the future.

Both of the Techs were very professional and courteous. They were respectful and took care to do a first rate installation. Extremely happy with the process.
Alexandra did a fantastic job of explaining the process, going over the job and paperwork, and completing the windshield replacement. It was a FJ Cruiser which is a time consuming job, and she and the other technician were done quicker than expected. Job looks perfect, they cleaned up the site, couldn't be happier!
Alexandria came out, was on time after her initial phone call to me, & everything was great, she is very professional & courteous.
