Speedy I have never been to any dentist or doctors office that was so quick to get me into the room, so I was thinking, "OK, I'll probably be sitting in here for a half hour." Well, from previous experience, that's what usually happens. Not here. After I was in the room it took about 45 seconds to bring me over for an x-ray. Then back to the room for two more x-rays. Very caring group of professionals.
Felt much better after leaving knowing my dental problems are going to be taken care of. No matter how many questions I have, Jordan is very patient with me and answers every one.
Friendly & professional This visit was a consultation only. All the basic information is already in my file & this could probably have been handled on the phone. But all staff were pleasant and smiling, made me feel welcomed, and offered good advice about options I hadn't thought about. It was also nice to have a printout of the new plan of action web I left the office.
All went well. Would recommend to friends.
I am One to always tell the truth. I loved the attention, I received. I think, they will be the Dental Office, I want to take care of my teeth. I want someone who cares and is interested in caring for my health. They cared about me and not about how much money they would make. I believe, they are truthful and to the point. They made up a plan for the care, I needed. Great People!
Wonderful first visit. I was having horrible nerve pain in a tooth which was causing the whole side of my face to hurt. Jordan made me feel comfortable by talking to me about items other then dentistry which for me helped my nerves and explained everything they were going to do very thoroughly step by step as it happened. Dr Kane was very nice and I had my tooth extraction without any pain and he was very fast with the procedure. Great experience for my first visit.
