I worked with Lee for the purchase of my first home, which is stressful under any normal circumstances and made even more so by a global pandemic and uncertain real estate market. The coordination of the process of the loan application was great. It was easy to complete items online. Lee and Brenda were very communicative when items were ready for my review and signatures. Lee from the very beginning of the process explained options and the various items on the loan expenses and next steps as I moved through the loan process.
