There were some issues with the underwriter not accepting the things we submitted or it not being enough. I would advise the team to make sure what they’re asking the clients to provide IS what the underwriters need so that we are not duplicating efforts. However, the team we worked with—Lee and Denise were extremely responsive, very prompt in putting our packet together. We felt very taken care of, and they worked hard to resolve any issues that arose. We will recommend Lee to friends.
