This was the fourth house I have purchased. Mr. Smith was awesome, but over the years, the process has evolved into something overly burdensome and redundant - especially during this health crisis. Now Mr. Smith has gone out of his way to try accommodate me and my wife, and got us through to the end. If it wasn't for his personal efforts to bring this together for a successful closing, there were multiple times I was ready to walk and start over with my Credit Union.
