I started my refinance process in June of 2020 and I closed on the refinance in March of 2021. There were so many delays with this process, and everything kept getting delayed time and time again. Initially mid 2020 I was also told that we would close within a couple months, and then told that because of the workload at the time refinances were not a priority. I was very disappointed with the whole process of this entire refinance from beginning to end. I am happy that it is over.
