Verified Renter I moved to this apartment complex from California I felt like a shot in the dark not being able to physically tour the place but one of the leasing agents did her absolute best to make sure I was well taken care of I am nearing my first week here and its been great!

Verified Renter Locality and house maintenance is good, elevators stop working for long times during random months. Been stable since January but apartment guest entry electric lock is broken.

Verified Renter Dishwasher was not serviced and it did not work on the first day of use. But the community is good and the apartments, though small, are cozy.

Verified Renter Maintenance. Put in work orders for shelves and only one got half fixed. Sigh. Other than that, beautiful community just needs more attention on the outside. Like doors and lights. Overall, so far so good.

Verified Renter It's nice to live here. I am living in an old construction. For few months, I was facing roach infestation. It got fixed after regular pest control. Also, AC is kind of old. it takes lots of time to cool down the apartment.
