Verified Renter It's nice to live here. I am living in an old construction. For few months, I was facing roach infestation. It got fixed after regular pest control. Also, AC is kind of old. it takes lots of time to cool down the apartment.

Verified Renter Maintenance is slow, it can be improved. Gym equipments are quite old and some are even wear out. Lease office staff and manager is quite friendly and helpful.

Verified Renter I’ve been living here since November ‘23. So far it’s not bad. I struggle with having neighbors that stay up until early in the mornings and sit on their balcony right outside my window playing and yelling along to their music or allowing their dog to bark and then encouraging the dog to continue barking at people walking by.
