Verified Renter My overall experience here is great. The only issues is that there are a few things that are broken and dirty when I first moved in. The maintenance team were able to fix it right away so that was good. The facilities are good enough, the gym can be better but it has the necessities. The leasing team is good, just need to find the right person to ask questions and is all good.
Verified Renter This is a great apartment complex for many reasons. One, the location is amazing because you can walk to Legacy West or Shops at Legacy, and there’s a convenience store within walking distance. My one-bedroom apartment is also charming and spacious, with a fantastic view. In addition, they hold nice monthly events, but sometimes it's during weird hours when most people are at work. But the people at the leasing office are so friendly.
