Verified Renter Legacy North is ideally located between the shops at Legacy and Legacy West. It is a very dog friendly community and has multiple pools as well as two fitness centers. The staff is friendly and resident oriented.

Verified Renter Apartments are great, location is great. Need better package delivery option and need to remove Valet Trash or at least lower the price of that. No one even uses it.

Thank you for your feedback. Since implementing valet trash we have noticed a decrease in bags of trash left laying on the grounds and around dumpsters. We would encourage you to load the valet trash app as it is very helpful in notifications etc. Please feel free to reach out to us as we will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Verified Renter Bell Partners doing a good job and care about the appearance and maintenance of complex. You won’t have local relationships with property management, but they stay on top of things through third party vendors and even repair community streets. Elevators used to be non-functional for weeks (up to 2 months) at a time, but not anymore!

Verified Renter Love this community! It’s beautiful, the staff are responsive and the apartment is great! My only complaint are the dog parents who don’t clean up after their pet.
