Verified Renter Great area to live in. The area is well taken care except people not cleaning up after their dogs. I love that the area is kept up but the leaf blowers do start early in the morning. I also don’t like that the secure package depot is no longer available. You must go pick things up at a different location or risk your things being stolen from your door step….which has happened
Verified Renter I love the central location - that's the best part about living at legacy north! I can walk to restaurants/shops or just hop in the car for quick access to the highway. I take many walks and really enjoy the mature trees as well.

Verified Renter I have lived at legacy north for about 6 months and have enjoyed living here. I feel safe walking the neighborhood by myself or with with my dog any time of the day or night. Neighbors are very friendly and the grounds are kept up pretty well.
Verified Renter Sooo helpful! Love the staff and made the moving in process super easy and simple. The application process was made more difficult by some things, but the staff helped navigate easily and now we’re all moved in.

Verified Renter Things could be better if maintenance would replace the peeling faux wood veneer of my kitchen cabinets, especially under the sink. I submitted multiple tickets, but to no avail. As rents go up, quality has gone done because of this. Thanks.
