Verified Renter Just moved in, so far everything looks good, staff is friendly. Apartment was clean, some scuff marks and stains on doors/walls/floors, but overall good.

Verified Renter Firstly, the location of the apartment was superb. There are plenty of bar and restaurant options nearby. Moving on to the apartment itself, the floors were dirty, the laundry doorknob was not setup, and the toilet was broken. The maintenance staff responded immediately, and the issue was fixed immediately. The layout is functional, and the living space was comfortable. Verified Renter Great experience! Loved being in the largest apartment on a corner lot with our own yard for the dogs surrounded by parks! Always pretty to look out at. Quick walk to The Shops or Legacy West.
Verified Renter The staff here is very nice and professional. Whenever I have an issue, it is immediately addressed. The neighborhood is very nice. I like the pool and gym and it’s nice to have a covered and secured garage.

Verified Renter Great area to live in. The area is well taken care except people not cleaning up after their dogs. I love that the area is kept up but the leaf blowers do start early in the morning. I also don’t like that the secure package depot is no longer available. You must go pick things up at a different location or risk your things being stolen from your door step….which has happened
Verified Renter I love the central location - that's the best part about living at legacy north! I can walk to restaurants/shops or just hop in the car for quick access to the highway. I take many walks and really enjoy the mature trees as well.
