Verified Renter Love living here! My apartment is updated and cozy. The walking ability and convenience of retail and restaurants is a perk. My neighbors are super nice too. I have no complaints at all.
Good experience so far The house is great and the property is well maintained. The finish of my new apartment was wonderful. The appliances are new and the apartment was in a good condition while moving in.

Verified Renter Great location, and a good community. Rents are pricey! Not the best location for remote work, as one day every week the ground cleaning staff uses very noisy leaf blowers!
