Verified Renter Living here is nice, the location of the complex is amazing, I. can go to several places by foot. The streets, courtyard, and hallway are very clean. Inside the unit has a lot of space, and my unit receives natural light, unfortunately, the appliances are not modern and have some issues. The fitness center is nice, but sometimes appears homeless or not residents alone, and some benches need new leather covers.
Verified Renter The location and gym is great. The price is reasonable for an upgraded apartment in shops of legacy area. Downside is the halls are thin so I can hear my neighbors beside and above me.
Verified Renter Lots of trash in the hallways and hallways smelling like trash and throughout the property there’s lots of dog poop that people don’t pick up.. These are our only issue so far. Leasing office staff is extremely friendly and the community and its property are beautiful.

Verified Renter My stay has been pretty good. I love the community and that I can walk to things such as Legacy West or the Shops of Legacy to be among people. It’s quiet and my stay has been good One thing I wish the property would redo is the courtyard in phase 3, it can really use an overhaul because it’s looking kind of bad and the landscaping needs some serious care.

The staff in the office are very professional individuals who are willing to locate the right apartment and the right price for you. This beautiful maintain apartment complex is the most beautiful property that I've lived at so far on Dallas. They have 6 big wonderful pools and an on-site gym facility that operates like a regular gym. I love it here!
