Verified Renter Beautiful grounds and apartment units in a great location that is very walkable! The leasing staff are excellent--personable, professional and thorough! I moved from another country and was only able to view virtually--the leasing staff ensured I saw as much as possible to choose the perfect unit and explained the lease process clearly.

Verified Renter Transitioning from my house to Legacy North has been amazing. The staff here is amazing. Foster has been my go to guy for everything. He is so knowledgeable, kind and professional. The other staff have also been super kind and helpful. They’ve walked me through every step of way and made me and my daughter feel more like family than a resident.

Verified Renter Perfect for me, close to Frisco, my office and it is a very cool-industrial area. Great restaurants. You can feel safe and that the admin is working to make people feel and live good. The apartments are beautiful inside, mine is not new but they gave it to me in a good condition, like new, all the people in the administration is very kind so far.

Verified Renter Maintenance here is amazing. They get the job done. My maintenance super is Luigi and he has a great supervisor. They all work together as a great team getting the job done. They respond to requests in less than 24 hours and if they ever need to work on something longer than expected they will walk you through i and explain why the extra work is needed. They are so respectful and professional and take pride in their work.
