I was very impressed with the entire process. As a software executive, my time is valuable and the typical retail automotive process is very frustrating. This was an all-around excellent experience. Nick Lee was one of the few people to contact me back after I made an inquiry. I went over to there car lot on Airport Boulevard and Nick and I went and looked around and were able to find a car that suited my needs the same day.
