Everyone was very consistently hospitable to include the salesman outside of the entrance, receptionist, my salesman man,and Manager.
Everyone I worked with pulled together to get me in the vehicle I wanted as efficiently as possible. While Rudy de Leon had me on my test drive, Mario Huneycutt, the sales manager was getting bids on my trade in. Yoany was awesome. Communication, follow up after the sale, and was down to earth throughout. Very personable. It would be five stars if we didn't have to wait so long to get the paperwork done. Not sure what happened but it took a couple hours, at the 'main dealership' up the driveway (vs the used car center). Everyone was very helpful and friendly, it just too far longer than necessary.
Will and Ron went above and beyond to hold the Audi I wanted while I dealt with Carvana’s BS, would highly recommend to anyone
