It went fantastic, the delivery guy was fantastic. Shed is amazing. Can't say enough good about the experience. We are absolutely tickled with it. Delivery driver did not even rut my extremely wet yard.
Everything was awesome, driver was amazing did a good job. Delivery went smooth.

We wanted a car port, but Burleson changed the permitting process and now the carport had to be 6 feet away from the house, this was unacceptable so we changed the plans to an attached 1/2 carport with a single slant instead of 2. Lelands took weeks to get the plans from the "engineers" but still could not get it past the city. I do not believe the engineers even tried, I was told because they could not do it they approved a 100% refund. Gave this rating because they did show up and build garage on time but didn't waterproof underlining of building and when contacting customer service about issue they seemed concerned but NEVER sent no one out to check issue after numerous calls and taking my 15k payment just ignored issue. So all this great talk about customer service after u buy must just be infomercial talk because it's none existing after months of trying to have someone respond... How disappointing!! F Godwin

Waited quite some time for building to be ready. Was told all ready to go, must pay in full for delivery. Paid and was scheduled for Monday. Recvd call on Saturday that parts weren’t available, rescheduled for Wednesday. Installers come on Wednesday, but missing 2 of 4 roll up doors. Still not sure if doors have even been ordered!! No one returns calls. Keep getting passed back and forth between people who don’t have a clue. They have you pay half to get things ordered, and must pay in full when THEY are ready for install.... read more

Leland built two sheds for me side-by-side. They are the Defender series with a 10 year warranty. One of the sheds leaked after less than 4 years and caused $13,000 worth of damage to the contents. The owner Ron has said several times he would get back to me after I supplied a detailed list and photos of the damaged items. He has not gotten back to me and they are not responding to me or the Better Business Bureau. WARNING - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

Now since they chose to block me on facebook, I will write a review. Delete it and I know how to use a phone lol I enquired about pricing I sent a message back through Facebook Tuesday June 29th. Facebook has this deal where it shows when messages are read. Well no one replied so I sent two more messages today June 30th. 1st asking if they do not respond to messages.
