The door will not open or close properly.
Driver was rude
Crew did poor job installing. Windows were cut in very jaggedly. Was told I would be receiving a new window but instead the same crew came back and place wood over the openings in the windows.
Worst
We were not happy with the delivery of the storage shed,miscommunications on the first try between factory and delivery driver, second delivery attemp the building was damaged. We were promised it would be repaired and delivered like a new unit but that did not happen. Repairs consisted of scabbing boards over damaged boards, not what I would call a like new repair. Estimated delivery time at purchase was 2-3 weeks, in reality it was 3 days shy of being 2 months. Communications was very poor between factory and sales person ... read more
Utility shed built last week, vents were not installed and touch up paint needed requiring a warranty service call. Installers should have a simple quality check list for review before completion.
I believe it to be a quality shed, but untimely delivery.
Can't get anyone to return phone calls
