The 4x4 are cracked, the roll up door does not close properly and a few other details, but the delivery was about 15 hrs or more of driving.
Doors are messed up
They set my shed on WOOD blocks and only on one side of the shed. Been trying to get a hold of manager
You all suck!
Locks won't work. Building isn't level and looks like its setting on toothpicks. No satisfaction from customer service. Will not give favorable reviews to neighbors .
I was very disappointed in the damaged spindles, split wood on framing, and the white paint stains on the deck. Had I seen the damages before the driver placed it on my property I wouldn't have accepted it. The driver and I took pictures and be assured me someone would be coming to repair everything. Please send someone asap. Thanks
I purchased a 12x12 lofted barn. The loft was not built to my order and I cannot get resolution despite phone calls and texts. Weeks later I still have NOT received communications stating their error will be corrected. Very disappointed and can not recommend the company.
