The shed did not fit through my side yard. The driver said they made a smaller one that would fit but the owner is less than helpful trying to get me a shed. They took my deposit and ran! I asked for a smaller size like the driver suggested and she is less than helpful in finding me one. I was told they will keep my deposit without a providing a shed to me unless I pay cash upfront for a site-built shed. If I had the cash upfront...I would have started that way!
This company is highly unethical. They tried to deliver my building when I was not there and well after the time they said they would be there. The moving company was very unethical on the phone. I decided to ask for a refund which this unethical company will not give even though they botched the delivery and still have the building.
Was given only a 12hr advance notice on delivery when I was told 3 plus days. The spray foam is suppose to be 1" thick mine is 1/2" to 3/4" thick. Not all the board where sprayed.
A simple window put in the wrong place. I was not explained that the dimensions of the building was out side roof dimension costing 56 square feet loss in overall plan place.
Was 6 days late from promised delivery date. The person delivering had legitimate problems. But Leland did not have a back up plan. Costing me not only time but money.
Was supposed to deliver on 8/19/19 was put off til 8/22/19 I was ok with this-things happen.when Greenhouse got here both I and the delivery driver (Matthew) witnessed that there was a broken board used on one of the shelves,as well as a window screen was defective.I immediately call this problem in and since it's after 5PM I leave detailed message.they didn't call me back! Our cabin got delivered last week. Still not set up and leveled. We had ti buy our own concrete blocks. Salesman, or whoever it was, told us to buy the right blocks but then told us to buy the wrong ones(we didn't know it would make a difference). So we got the wrong ones(and not enough). We were never offered the wooden blocks like in the contract. Delivery driver didn't have any blocks to purchase from him(not his fault) and because it got delivered at 8pm we couldn't go get the correct blocks anyways. Definitely not pleas... read more
When my shed arrived a back panel was not nailed or screwd. The windows on the shed were totally different from the ones I received. But other than that its ok.
We bought a display unit from a “dealership†in our town. The lady we purchased it from was unable to give me an estimate installation date, could not make any promises on Leland’s behalf. In lieu of sorting it out, and get an answer for me, she provided a phone number for me to call. The gentlemen I spoke to was much less then courteous, it seemed like a complete hassle for him to give me an ETA.
