Dr. Anderson has been a awesome and motivating surgeon that I have dealt with. Her knowledge and understanding is very comforting. I had my surgery and post op appointment as well as a follow up. Dr. Anderson is the best doctor. She doesn't rush appointments, explains diagnoses and treatment options clearly, and listens to the patient. She is an excellent surgeon who cares about her patients and who has a kind bedside manner. She's a rarity in this day and age.
Staff is professional, capable and humane. Dr. Anderson is superb in the surgical arena and also explains the biology/science of the medical issues in pre-surgery assessment which helps with decision making. I really appreciate her contribution to this part of the process. Dr. Anderson follows up with appraisals after surgery that are helpful to healing/recovery. Excellent customer care from the office staff. They are efficient, thorough with follow ups, and very professional. I have had multiple visits with Dr. Anderson and she is on spot with techniques and patient care. I work in health care myself and she is the only MD I would go to for my orthopedic care. She is up to date on the latest procedural options and always hits the top physicians list in San Francisco. Definitely a five star MD>
I have know Dr. Anderson professionally for many years but have never really had to ask her for medical care until I ruptured my quadriceps tendon. She saw me the next day in her office and had me scheduled for surgery the next day. She and her staff have been marvelous and I can see why there are covers of the Top Doctors in the Bay Area 2019 posted on her walls. She is attentive and listens well and exudes confidence. Dr. Anderson’s care of me during my surgery and at my post op appointment were professional, caring and informative. She answered all my questions with compassion and good foresight in my recouperation plan.
Down to earth and straight forward professional demeanor. Dr. Anderson explains clearly but does not dumb it down. Happy with surgical results and recovery. Friendly and helpful staff.
