This is a very well run office. The initial phone contact was pleasant. The necessary information and decision whether I was a suitable patient was made in 10 minutes. An appointment for an evaluation was scheduled within 10 days. I was seen on time. Dr. Anderson’s evaluation was thorough and efficient. She obviously has much experience. We reviewed the x-rays and clinical symptoms and she recommended a course of physical therapy. She also suggested that platelet rich plasma treatment would be efficacious in my case. Great front office. Got me in as soon as they could and even called to say they had a cancellation to see me sooner. Very helpful and courteous staff. Dr.Anderson was on time, very to the point with an excellent evaluation and follow up. Dr. Anderson was efficient and explained the options and recommendations clearly. She made me feel comfortable in my treatment decisions.
Staff was friendly, efficient and quick with answers. Dr. Anderson was very direct and both showed and explained her reasoning for treatment. She was open to questions and discussing options. I felt comfortable about my knee health future after my appointment.

Dr. Anderson is an excellent doctor. She's very caring and compassionate. She spent time listening to my aches/ pains which made me feel better and recover . Her staff are very professional and work hard as a team. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson to friends and colleagues and anyone with orthopedic problems especially knee and shoulder problems.
Dr. Lesley is a kind and sweet lady. Smart as a whip too. Detail oriented and super organized. A skilled surgeon needless to say. Her office is neat as a pin and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for a better health professional.
Attentive, listens, explains and makes you feel like you are the most important person in the appointment. Conservative and well thought out remedies comforts any anxiousness one may have. From that baseline her caregiving only goes up. If you truly follow her recommendations step by step you will be in a better place in no time.
As always Dr. Anderson thinks about the individual first and foremost. She’s conservative and doesn’t jump into surgery flippantly. She explains everything very well and in a manner that her patient can truly understand. There is no other orthopedic surgeon that I would trust with my old knees and shoulders.
Dr. Anderson is thorough not only in her prep for surgery, the surgery itself and follow up care. She explains things well.
