They didn't have our reservation when we got there. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged by a server once we were seated. Both of our dishes were way over cooked. Will never return.
This was not something I would recommend to anyone due to the price. It was way too costly for the average person and when the advertisement is in the same places as the average restaurant it is confusing to the public. This is poor marketing.
Level 2 is not up to par as a restaurant is is supposed to be, everything is alacarte large portions family style sized were nice steaks came to the table both were wrong steaks and sides were taken back steaks and sides returned One was still under cooked and the other one came back as a hockey puck and charcoal black Sides were obviously reheated asparagus tasted burnt And the mushrooms were shriveled baked potato was OK for the $165 I paid including tip I feel our dining experience should've been much better we were very ... read more
We were there for my birthday. The food was good. The waiter never told us about any specials or when the steaks came didn't give us steak knives. The Table Behind US He Told THE PEOPLE About ALL THE SPECIALS AND ALL THE diFFERENT knIves They Have For DIFFERENT foods. Then after he hands us the bill he wants to be friends so that's what you remember for the tip.
I paid 120 bucks for 2 steaks and 2 bake potatos and 2 sodas.. the steaks were very tuff to eat almost like beef jerky. I was very disappointed at the quality of the food, rest asure i will never go back to there again.. not even if they gave me a free meal just wouldnt waste the time when ougback is down tbe road
Great ambiance. Very expensive for an A-Z meal (appetizers, drinks, dinner, dessert). Long wait for main coarse was somewhat of a turnoff but overall good quality food. Be prepared to spend about 1.5hrs there. My food review is poor because both my wife and I were sick for over a day after dining there on our anniversary.
While the food was reasonably good, the service was . . . Well, the service and the server were weird. She carded four people in the forties, and then she asked us whether we worked for the agency that checks them for serving minors. She was awkward throughout the rest of service. We have been going to Level 2 since our son worked there years ago and we have always been pleased up until our recent visit. It was my wife's birthday and I wanted to have a special lunch with her so I booked the best restaurant in town. I loved the app that allowed me to get an automated reservation. I called when I realized we would be late and that went well also. I was told that everything would be fine and it was as we were seated right away after we got there. I will never be back to Level 2 and i would never recommend any of my friends to go either. It was such a horrible experience. From my food not cooked thoroughly to very overpriced wine and food.
